  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 c. sliced peaches, sweetened to taste

Directions

    Melt margarine in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Combine milk, flour and sugar and mix thoroughly; add to the melted margarine. Add peaches and do not stir.

    Bake at 375° for approximately 40 minutes or until browned.

    Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
