- 1 stick oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. peaches (reserve liquid from canned peaches)
Directions

1Melt butter in oblong dish.

2Mix peaches with 1 cup of sugar, peach juice or water to make 3 cups of liquid.

3Heat thoroughly. Mix remaining sugar, flour and vanilla; add milk or water to make batter and pour over oleo.

4Pour peaches on top and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
