- 6 to 7 medium potatoes, cooked
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- medium size whole fresh peaches
Directions

1Wash peaches and dry.

2Rice cooked potatoes and cool until lukewarm.

3Add one egg and mix.

4Put approximately 1 1/2 cups flour on a board or counter.

5Add the potato mixture and knead in flour until the dough is not sticky.

6Roll out the dough until it's about 1/4-inch thick.

7Cut into squares.

8Cover each peach with a piece of dough, pinching edges together and turning in hands until layer of dough is smooth.

9Boil dumplings in salted water in a covered pot for 10 minutes.

10Serve with melted butter, sugar and dry cottage cheese.
