  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. peeled sliced peaches
  • 4 drops red food coloring

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar and 3 cans milk.

    Pour into heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Add remaining milk and set aside.

    When cooled, add vanilla and peaches.

    Pour into can and freeze.

    Makes 5 quarts.
