- 2/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 box Cake Mix - French Vanilla
- 4 whole Peaches

1You need a round cake pan, preferably nonstick.

2Place the butter and the brown sugar into your cake pan, and melt on the stovetop, mixing constantly until it incorporates and becomes like liquid carmel.

3Arrange your peach slices in the carmel mixture, overlapping if possible.

4In the meantime, assemble your cake mix according to package directions, and carefully spoon/pour over the peaches.

5Bake until puffy and brown, about an hour (this can vary, so check after 50 minutes).

6Transfer to a rack and cool, then invert onto a cake plate or serving platter.
