  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) mango-flavoured peach slices, drained
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pear halves in light syrup, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. Brandy
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

    Beat butter and granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
