- 2 (12 oz.) c. peanut butter chips
- 1 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped peanuts
- 1/2 c. chocolate mini chips (real chocolate)
Directions

1Lightly butter 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Spread 1 cup peanut butter chips evenly over bottom of pan; set aside.

3In 2 1/2-quart pan, melt butter; add sugar, corn syrup and water.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to hard crack stage (300° to 310°). Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.

5Immediately spread mixture evenly into prepared pan, being careful not to disturb chips. Quickly sprinkle remaining peanut butter chips and chocolate chips over candy.

6Cool completely.

8Break into small pieces and store in tightly covered container.
