Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 2/3 c. peanut butter chips, melted
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Stir together crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter.

2Press into the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.

3In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

4Gradually beat in condensed milk and peanut butter chips.

5Add eggs and vanilla.

6Beat well.

7Stir in chocolate chips and pour over crust.

8Bake at 300° for 55 to 65 minutes or until set.

9Cool in oven with door slightly ajar for 1 hour.

10Remove from oven and cool completely.

11Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
