  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. thawed frozen orange juice
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • assorted fruits and vegetables (apples, bananas and celery)
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • dash of vanilla extract

Directions

    Mix peanut butter, water, lemon juice and orange juice.
