  • 1-1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (I Use Ghirardelli)
  • 1 bag (10 Oz. Size) Peanut Butter Chips
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil Or Shortening
  • 2 cups Salted Or Unsalted Peanuts
  • Sea Salt For Sprinkling, Optional

Directions

    Place chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and coconut oil in covered crockpot on low. Layer paper towels right under the lid. Stir every 20 minutes until melted.

    Once melted, stir in peanuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on wax paper covered cookie sheets. If desired sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to set.

    Store in airtight containers.
