- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 12 cup honey
- fruit, cut into bite-sized pieces (pears, nectarines, peaches, strawberries, apples)
- lemon juice (fresh is best)
- chopped peanuts
- flaked coconut
Directions

1Combine first three ingredients together in fondue pot.

2Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil.

3Prepare fruit, dipping pears and apples into lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.

4Arrange decoratively on platter.

5To serve, spear a fruit piece with fondue fork or bamboo skewer, dip into sauce, then coat with chopped peanuts or shredded coconut.
