Peanut Pineapple Log

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese (soft)
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped dry roast peanuts
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Save back 1 cup peanuts and combine all the other ingredients; refrigerate until firm.

    Remove and shape into a log or ball and roll in the reserved peanuts.

    Wrap loosely in foil and refrigerate overnight.

    Serve chilled; garnish with parsley and maraschino cherries.
