  • 1 quart chopped pears
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Peel and grind pears.

    Cook until tender.

    Add other ingredients and cook until mixture thickens.

    Cook time is about 1 1/2 hours. Put in hot sterile jars and seal.

    Makes about 3 1/2 pints. This is good served over cream cheese or pork.
