- 3 cans peas (Maxine uses 2), drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, quartered
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Saute in butter the celery, onion and pepper.

2Stir together soup and milk.

3Mix all together; pour into greased casserole. Cover with crushed cheese crackers (Maxine uses plain crackers). Bake at 350° until bubbly.
