- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 catfish fillets
- 1 c. ground pecans
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine the milk, Dijon mustard and cayenne pepper.

2Dip fillets into mustard mixture.

3Then dip into ground pecans, shaking off excess.

4Place on oiled baking sheet.

5Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes and pecans are browned.
