- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. pecan halves

1Spread chocolate pieces in unbaked pie shell; freeze at least 1 hour.

2Using mixer at medium speed, beat together corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, eggs and salt until well blended. Stir in pecans.
