  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups pecan halves

Directions

    Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Beat egg white until stiff, add sugar, flour, vanilla and salt; fold in pecans.

    Drop coated nuts by individual pieces or groups (I prefer individual), bake for 30 minutes
