- 1 c. Karo syrup (1/2 c. light and 1/2 c. dark)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Combine the first five ingredients and stir well.

2Stir in the eggs, but do not beat.

3Fold in pecans.

4Pour into pastry-lined pan and bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and bake 40 to 45 minutes.
