Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. Karo light corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie crust

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into frozen crust.

    Put a small amount of foil around edge of pie shell.

    Bake in oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

    (Be careful not to overbake.)

    Cool and serve.
