  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (9-inch) shell

Directions

    Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, flour and butter.

    Stirring well, add nuts.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes and at 300° for 35 minutes.
