  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. white Karo
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Directions

    Thoroughly mix all ingredients except pecans.

    Then add pecans; mix well.

    Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell.

    Bake in preheated 425° oven for 10 minutes.

    Reduce temperature to 325° for 35 to 40 minutes until you can insert knife in center and it comes out clean.
