  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. broken pecans
  • 1 1/2 c. dark syrup

    Beat eggs.

    Blend in butter, flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and syrup.

    Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pie shell. Gently pour ingredients over nuts and bake in hot oven at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake about 40 minutes.
