  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 4 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
  • 1 can chilled Milnot, whipped to make stiff peaks
  • 1 pkg. raspberry Danish pudding (Junket)
  • 1 c. water
  • 8 oz. pkg. frozen red raspberries (in juice)

Directions

    Add sugar to finely crushed graham crackers.

    Add melted margarine.

    Press lightly into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Cool.
