  • 1 c. lite or dark Karo syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. pecans

    Add all other ingredients and pour into uncooked pie crust.

    Bake 5 minutes in 475° oven.

    Reduce heat to 300° and cook 30 minutes or until firm.
