- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine cream cheese and margarine, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well.

2Chill.

3Divide dough into quarters, divide each quarter into 12 balls.

4Press each ball into bottom and sides of miniature muffin pans.

5Combine eggs, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecans.

6Spoon into pastry shells filling each cup.

7Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

8Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
