  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • dash salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients.

    Cream until smooth.

    Chill 1 hour.

    Press into greased mini-tins; set aside.

    Combine remaining ingredients mixing well.

    Spoon into pastry shells.

    Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Cool and serve.
