- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 sweet red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- hot cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Saute chicken in hot oil in a heavy skillet 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil.
