- 375 grams Macaroni
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Chopped
- 2- 1/2 cups Mixed Grated Cheddar And Monterey Cheese
Directions

1Boil water and cook the macaroni.

2In the meantime, heat milk over medium heat.

3Add cream cheese and stir until dissolved.

4Add flour and whisk continuously until milk gets thicker.

5(You must stir, otherwise it wont thicken and the milk will burn onto the pot.)

6Once thick, add jalapeno and grated cheese.

7Stir until cheese melts.

8In a casserole dish, toss in cooked macaroni.

9Add the cheese sauce and stir until its all mixed thoroughly.

10Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

11Season to taste with salt and pepper, and top with more jalapenos!
