- 1/2 c. green and red hot peppers, finely chopped
- 3/4 to 1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
- food color (if desired)
Directions

1In a large saucepan, bring peppers, sugar and vinegar to a hard rolling boil.

2Remove pan from heat and cool for 5 minutes.

3Add Certo and food color.

4Pour into sterilized jars.

5Usually add all green, but at Christmastime, halve the mixture with red and green.

6Makes about 12 baby food jars or 4 to 5 half-pint jelly jars.
