- 1 lb. Minute steaks, cut in strips
- flour
- 1 c. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 small tomatoes, chopped
- some sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. red cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Dip steak strips in flour.

2In large skillet, saute steak in 1/2 the butter for about 2 minutes.

3Remove meat.

4Add remaining butter to skillet and saute peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms 5 minutes; add tomatoes and bouillon.

5Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

6Mix cornstarch, wine and soy sauce.

7Add to skillet.

8Cook, stirring until thickened.

9Add meat.

10Simmer 5 minutes.

11Serve with rice.
