- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, cut in rings
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 can Franco-American mushroom gravy
Directions

1Brown steak, salt and pepper.

4Cook 2 hours on simmer or low heat.

5Arrange onion and green pepper on top of steak.

6Pour tomato sauce and gravy on top.

7Cover and cook another 1 hour or until tender.
