  • 1 to 2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced in strips
  • 2 medium onions, cut in rings
  • 2 bell peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 6 or 7 fresh tomatoes, quartered

    Saute first 5 ingredients in 1 tablespoon olive oil for 15 minutes on low heat.
