- 4 (3/4-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Coat chops with pepper and thyme.

2Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

3Add chops; cook to brown one side (2 to 3 minutes).

4Turn to brown other side.

5Remove chops from pan; keep warm.

6Deglaze skillet by adding Worcestershire sauce to hot pan; stir constantly to remove any pan juices cooked to bottom.

7Pour accumulated juices over chops; serve immediately.
