Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 1 c sweet milk
  • pinch salt
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions

    Mix cocoa, sugar and flour, then add milk. Boil slowly until thick.

    Cool mixture before adding beaten egg yolk. Boil again until thick as desired and add pinch of salt and vanilla.

    Pour into cooled pie crust.
