- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

2Add pecans; cool well. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

3Add nuts and mix.

4Bake in buttered shallow pan at 225° for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
