  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until frothy.

    Add pecans; cool well. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.

    Add nuts and mix.

    Bake in buttered shallow pan at 225° for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes.
