Ingredients

  • 800 ml Chicken soup
  • 150 grams Pho noodles
  • 100 grams Beef for shabu-shabu
  • 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1/4 Onion (red if you have it)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 Shredded Japanese leek or coriander (garnish)
  • 1 Limes

Directions

    Boil some water in a pan and boil the bean sprouts, beef (skim off the fat) and pho noodles in that order.

    (You can use the same water.)

    Season the soup with fish sauce then pepper and salt if it needs it.

    Add all of the pho ingredients to a bowl and pour the chicken soup over them.

    Top with garnish and a squeeze of lime juice and it's ready to serve.
