Directions

1Peel and cut carrots in lengthwise pieces; pack in canning jars.

2Add slice of green and red bell peppers, 2 cloves of garlic per pint and 1 red hot pepper pod per pint.

3Boil 2 cups white vinegar and 1 1/2 tablespoons salt and pour over carrots.

4Ready in 3 to 4 weeks.
