- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 (6 oz.) jars mushroom caps
Directions

1Bring all ingredients (except mushrooms) to a boil.

2Add mushrooms and simmer 6 minutes.

3Chill several hours, stirring occasionally.

4Drain and serve.
