- 1 clove garlic per pt.
- 1 pod hot pepper per pt.
- 1 tsp. dill seed per pt.
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
- small, tender okra
Directions

1Place garlic and pepper in bottom of hot jars.

2Wash okra thoroughly and pierce several times with fork.

3Place firmly in jars.

4Add dill seed.

5Bring vinegar, salt and water to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

6Pour over okra and seal jars.

7Makes about 6 pints.
-
8Ready in 8 weeks.
