- 2 lb. small okra
- 4 Tbsp. dill seed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
Directions

1Trim the tough stems from the okra.

2Pack okra into 4 pint jars (sterilize the jars before use).

3Add 1 tablespoon of dill and 1 clove garlic to each jar.

4Bring to a boil the vinegar, water and salt.

5Pour over okra and seal the jars in a water bath. Let ripen for 3 weeks at least.

6Serve cold.
