  • 1 qt. small pearl onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pt. white vinegar

Directions

    Peel onions and cover with boiling water.

    Drain and put into ice water to cool and crispen.

    Cut red and green peppers into strips. Mix the vinegar, salt, sugar and water in saucepan.

    Cook to boiling.
