- 1 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. sliced bell peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Pour salt over the cucumbers, onions and bell peppers.

2Let stand for 2 hours.

3Drain; do not wash.

4Pack in jars after drained.

5Bring to a boil remaining ingredients.

6Let boil 3 minutes.

7Let cool and then pour in jars over cucumbers, onions and peppers.

8Wait 3 weeks before eating.

9Keep in refrigerator.
