  • 1 c. lard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Mix flour, lard and salt with a pastry blender until it is crumbly.

    Add remaining ingredients and blend.

    Do not overwork or handle dough excessively.

    Roll out on floured surface and put in pie pans.
