  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening.

    Mix water, egg and vinegar.

    Can be kept in refrigerator two weeks.
