  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    To make cake, beat eggs; add sugar and mix well.

    Add vanilla and pineapple with juice.

    Add flour sifted with soda and salt. Pour into large greased and floured pan.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Batter should not be more than 1 inch thick.

    Ten minutes before the cake is done, begin icing.
