  • 2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained (1 lb. size)
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 10 to 15 cheese Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Place drained pineapple in baking dish.

    Mix flour with sugar and sprinkle over pineapple.

    Cover with cheese and top with crushed Ritz crackers.

    Cut margarine into small pieces and place on top of crackers.

    Bake at 325° until bubbly.
