  • 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted

    Mix pineapple, flour and sugar.

    Add cheese and put into casserole dish.

    Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine.

    Spread on top.

    Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
