Pineapple Casserole

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks and juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten well

Directions

    Mix and cook 25 minutes at 350°.

    Lightly brown 5 slices of bread.

    Melt 1 stick of margarine.

    Cube bread and mix with margarine.
  5. 5
    Put on top of cooked pineapple and cook 15 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 15 minutes.
