Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion or 1/2 tsp. minced/dry
  • 3/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except nuts thoroughly.

    Form into ball. Place in refrigerator to chill and become firm.

    Take out and roll in pecans.

    Keep refrigerated.
