Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 to 1 1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper

    Soften cream cheese.

    Add well drained pineapple and rest of ingredients.

    Wrap in wax paper to chill.

    Reserve some of the nuts to roll ball in after it has chilled.
